TfSE Centre of Excellence | Launch of the STB Carbon Assessment Playbook

The purpose of the session was to introduce users to the Carbon Assessment Playbook and demonstrate its functionality. In outline, the tool will enable the baseline level of carbon emissions in each local authority area to be identified and enable an assessment of the potential emission reductions that could result from the introduction of local transport interventions to be assessed.
