TfSE Centre of Excellence & Eleven | Engaging with Gen Z

This session will address a key challenge raised by users of the Centre of Excellence, TfSE Partnership Board attendees, and seen across the wider transport sector: engaging younger generations in public consultations. 


Hosted by Jane Read, Client Services Director at Eleven, the clinic will cover: 

• The main barriers to Gen Z participation in consultations

• Approaches trialled to date and the results achieved • Practical techniques to improve communication and reach 

• Best practice examples and lessons learned from successful engagement 


Designed for officers and practitioners working on consultation and engagement, the session will offer practical solutions and time for discussion.
